After the success of  Housesfull  producer Sajid Nadiadawala again intending to give their audience a Housefull entertainment with Houseful 2. Housefull 2 is the sequel of 2010 Bollywood commercially successful movie Housefull.  Akhshay and Asin will be in lead role. Film is also featured with  Ritesh Deshmukh, Boman Irani , John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez, Zarine Khan, Shazahan Padamsee and Shreyas Talpade, For this sequel Sajid- Wajid have been selected as the music director. Movie will be released on April 5, 2012.

Director Sajid Khan and producer Sajid Nadiadwala is coming with their Housefull sequel as Houseful 2. The action comedy has been directed by Sajid Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Sajid Nadiadwala’s production “Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment” has churned out many hits including Jeet (1996), Judwaa (1997), Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega (2000) and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004). Film contains a long chain of star casts Akshay Kumar , Asin , Ritesh Deshmukh, Boman Irani , John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez,Zarine Khan, Shazahn Padamsee and Shreyas Talpade.

Return of Bollywood action hero in Ghayal 2

With the season of sequels in Bollywood, here’s another sequel in the making! Sunny Deol will be soon seen on the silver screen with Ghayal 2, a sequel to his 1990 blockbuster movie, Ghayal. The sequel will be directed by Ashwini Chaudhury under the banner of Vijayta Films and will be released in 2012. The film will have the brawny Bollywood hero in a purely action packed film after more than two decades. Bollywood actors Om Puri and Murli Sharma will also play important roles in the film alongside Sunny Deol. The story of the sequel takes off 20 years after the protagonist in Ghayal, Ajay Mehra, goes to jail. The shooting for the film will start in September, this year.

Another buzz around the film is that, newbie actress, Prachi Desai may be seen as the female lead in the film. Prachi was recommended to the Deols by director Ashwini Chaudhury, who was impressed with her work in Rock On and Once Upon A Time In Mumbai. Sunny even felt that Prachi befitted one of the two female characters in the sequel.

Talking about the delay in the making of sequel, Sunny Deol says that Ghayal was a cult film, which is still talked about for its characters, dialogues and action. He was bothered about living up to the standards set by Ghayal. The Heroes star adds, “I can confidently say that Ghayal Returns is going to fulfill all those expectations.”

The first look of the sequel that was released last week shows Sunny Deol as a cop, who beats up the bad men in his signature style with punches, peppered with the apt dialogues! There will also be a younger hero in the film, opposite whom Prachi Desai will have a romantic track. Sunny Deol’s character may not have a romantic angle to it.

Summer will be hotter this year with Murder 2 ready to scorch the silver screen with its content. Murder 2 is a sequel of the 2005 film, Murder which had Bollywood hottie Mallika Sherawat and Emraan Hashmi in the lead roles. Murder 2 will have a change in the female lead, with Sri Lankan beauty, Jacqueline Fernandez replacing Mallika Sherawat while Emraan Hashmi continues to play the male lead in the film. The film also stars Prashant Narayanan, Sudhanshu Dubey, Sandeep Sikand, Shweta Kawatra and Yana Gupta who has done a sizzling hot item number in the film. The film is directed by Mohit Suri and produced by the Bhatts under the banner of Vishesh Films. The film will be in theatres near you on 8^th July. Harshit Saxena, Mithoon, Sangeet Haldipur and
Siddharth Haldipur have composed the tracks for this film. The film has been shot in Mumbai and Goa.

Murder 2 is an erotic thriller film, packed with love, passion, sex, romance and suspense. The film is based on serial killings that take place in a city. A source revealed, “You pick up any major city in India and it has it’s own story to tell when it comes to such serial killings. Mumbai has its own share while Delhi too has it’s own. Goa setting comes into picture here because it again has a history of serial killers.”

Double Dhamaal is yet another bollywood comedy that will be in theatres on 24yh June to entertain audiences. The film is a sequel to the 2007 film, Dhamaal that had Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Aashish Chaudhury, Jaaved Jafferi and Sanjay Dutt in the lead roles. The stellar cast has been retained in the sequel which will have Satish Kaushik, Mallika Sherawat and Kangna Ranaut in additional roles. Mallika Sherawat will be seen in an item number titled Jalebi Bhai. Well known choreographer, Ganesh Hegde has choreographed the songs for the film. Bollywood music composer, Anand Raj Anand has created the music for this film, while the lyrics have been penned by Bohemia. The directors of the film have bought the rights of the song, Oye Oye (Tirchi Topiwaley) from the film Tridev and will be remade before it becomes a part of the film.

Double Dhamaal is directed by Indra Kumar who is also the producer of the film jointly with Ashok Thakeria. The film has been shot in Mehboob Studios in Mumbai, Hong Kong and Mauritius. The four actors Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Aashish Chaudhary and Jaaved Jaaferi will again be seen as friends as in the prequel, while Sanjay Dutt will play the role of a millionaire instead of a cop. The film has Arshad Warsi as a sikh named Ghanta Singh, while Jaaved Jaaferi will play his younger brother. Ritesh Deshmukh will be seen in a triple-role for the first time in his career. His three different roles are that of ‘Roy, a Chinese detective named ‘Lee’, and the third being a Mauritius gangster called Heera Bhai. Jaaved Jafferi’s role is yet to be disclosed. Also, Anil Kapoor and Aamir Khan are rumored to be appearing in special guest roles.

Anticipation and speculation have been surrounding Shah Rukh Khan’s Ra.One for long now. The first look of the sci-fi flick has lain to rest all such assumptions as fans can finally have a glimpse of their super hero. Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in his maiden performance as a super hero in Ra.One, which portrays the usual story of victory of the good over the evil, but packaged differently. Shah Rukh plays G.One (Jeevan), the blue eyed protagonist in the film in which he is ably supported by Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal in a negative role as Ra.One. Bollywood actress, Kareena Kapoor plays Shah Rukh’s love interest in the film which is slated for an October release. According to Khan, “Ra.One” means “Random Access – Version 1.0”

Ra.One is Shah Rukh Khan’s home production and much was being said about its first look being revealed during the ICC World Cup Cricket Championships, which was quite ahead of its release. But according to King Khan, it was important to build the hype around the film and its characters, so that by the time audiences see the film in theatres, they are familiar with the characters.

The film was initially to be shot in Miami, in USA. But it did not work out due to financial constraints and was shot in India instead. The film directed by Anubhav Sinha, has been extensively shot in Film City in Mumbai and Goa, while some parts of it were shot in London. The film which was supposed to be released in June will now be in theaters only in October due to six months of post production work. Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, Arjun Rampal and Kareena Kapoor, the star cast boasts of Shahana Goswami, Dalip Tahil, Satish Shah and international actor, Tom Wu. Tom Wu’s role was initially offered to Jackie Chan, which he declined. Shah Rukh has performed some magnificent stunts for the film, which required the actor to stay fit and in shape. The special effects for the film have been taken care of by a team from Hollywood. American singing sensation, Akon was also hired to belt out a couple of tracks for the film which have music by Vishal-Shekhar, while the background score has been composed by Hans Zimmer. With all the right ingredients, let’s hope Ra.One lives up to all the hype created around it.

Jacqueline Fernandez’s wardrobe malfunction

Sri Lankan beauty and Bollywood actress, Jacqueline Fernandez managed to ward off a major embarrassment at an event recently when the black dress the actress was sporting had a loose strap that kept peeping out from the back of the dress, making the actress very uncomfortable in the outfit. The discomfort caused due to the glitch in the outfit was very obvious as Jacqueline kept on tugging and adjusting the left strap on her shoulder several times that evening!! Born in Colombo, Jacqueline Fernandez comes from a Sinhalese family. Jacqueline was crowned Miss Sri Lanka for the Miss Universe beauty pageant in 2006. Childlike Enthusiasm for Amitabh in Firoz Nadiadwalas Power Movie

In what may eventually turn out to be the costliest Indian film ever, veteran producer Feroz Nadiadwala will leave no stone unturned for his next mega-banner production POWER. The movie which is supposed to be a sequel to the hit ‘Khakee’ will see the likes of Bollywood biggies Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt rub shoulders with each other. The movie will also feature Ameesha Patel and Lekha Washington as the female leads. The actors were present with Feroz at the ‘muhurat’ event for the movie held on 22^nd September 2010 at JW Mariott Hotel, Mumbai.

The ‘muhurat’ event brings back the tradition of launching a movie with huge pomp and fanfare. Minister of State Information Technology and Communications Gurudas Kamat gave the clap for the first scene of the movie. Rajkumar Santoshi will be directing the movie, while ace filmmaker Prakash Jha has taken over the camera. The story revolves around a clash between power of anger, lies and truth. The shooting for the movie starts from 4^th October 2010.

Amitabh Bachchan will be doing all his stunts in the movie himself. He is quite pumped-up about getting back in shape for the action movie. His last action movie ‘Khakee’ with Ajay Devgan had performed very well at the Box-office. The veteran actor in fact surprised Feroz with his enthusiasm. Inspired by the folk tales carried from generation to generation, ‘Dus Tola’ is a simply told story of victory of goodness over greed. ‘Unke Nashe Main’ girl Aarti Chhabria will play the role of ‘Suvarnalata Shastri’, while her love interest ‘Shankar Sunar’ will be played by Manoj Bajpaee. The eminent Marathi actor, the one who played the role of Gandhiji in ‘Munnabhai Lage Raho’ – Dilip Prabhawalkar plays the role of ‘Pandit Daya Shastri’, Aarti’s father. The movie will also star Govind Namdeo, Asrani, and Bharti Achrekar. Little known Pallavi Sharma makes her debut in the movie and will be seen playing the role of ‘Geeta’.

The movie is the directorial debut of Ajoy and has been produced by Kunwar Pragy Arya, Sanjay Bhattacharjee and Sushma Reddy. Certain sequences were done at Gorai too…We really had to be very creative with our lighting and camera to get proper shots,” says the debutant director.
